Ghl Arsenal Hotel, Cartagena

The hotel had stuffed full of all the amenities one could require in the rooms, though a bit cluttered. The view was interesting, facing a stone wall with about a foot between us, and the comfort level was high. However, the rooms were not properly serviced and were filthy, except for the bed being made.
